တိတ်ဆိတ်မှုထဲက Flow State နှင့် အာရုံစူးစိုက်မှု အကြောင်း - The Power of Flow State and Focus

ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ အပတ်တွေမှာ အယ်လီက အချစ်အကြောင်းနဲ့ စာဖတ်ခြင်းကပေးတဲ့ ဘဝလက်ဆောင်တွေအကြောင်း မျှဝေခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒီနေ့ စနေနေ့မှာတော့ အဲ့ဒီအရာတွေအားလုံးရဲ့ အခြေခံအကျဆုံးဖြစ်တဲ့ "အာရုံစိုက်မှု (Focus)" အကြောင်းလေး ပြောပြချင်ပါတယ်။ 

In recent weeks, I have shared reflections on love and the profound gifts that reading brings to our lives. This Saturday, I want to delve into the very foundation of these experiences: the power of "Focus."

ကျွန်မတို့ အချစ်အကြောင်း ကဗျာတစ်ပုဒ် ဖတ်တဲ့အခါပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ်၊ စာအုပ်ကောင်းတစ်အုပ်ထဲ နစ်မြောသွားတဲ့အခါပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ် တစ်ခါတလေမှာ ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ကိုပါ မေ့သွားတတ်ကြတယ်မလား? အဲ့ဒါကို "Flow State" လို့ ခေါ်ပါတယ်။ ဖုန်းသံတွေ၊ Notification တွေ မရှိတဲ့ ကမ္ဘာတစ်ခုထဲမှာ ကိုယ်မြတ်နိုးတဲ့အရာတစ်ခုနဲ့တင် နှစ်ယောက်မရှိ တစ်ယောက်တည်း စီးမြောနေရတဲ့ ခံစားချက်က တကယ့်ကို Surreal ဆန်လွန်းလှပါတယ်။

Whether we are immersed in a romantic poem or lost within the pages of a captivating book, we often find ourselves completely oblivious to the world around us. This is what we call a "Flow State." Being suspended in a world free from the noise of phones and notifications, solely connected to what we love, is a truly "Surreal" experience.

ဒီနေရာမှာ Surreal ဆိုတာကတော့ "လက်တွေ့လောကမှာ မဖြစ်နိုင်တဲ့၊ အိပ်မက်ဆန်ဆန် ထူးခြားဆန်းပြားတဲ့ ခံစားမှု" မျိုးကို ဆိုလိုတာပါ။ ဒီလို အိပ်မက်ဆန်တဲ့ ခံစားမှုနယ်ပယ်ထဲကို ရောက်ဖို့ဆိုရင် ကျွန်မတို့ဆီမှာ Passion နဲ့ Focus ဆိုတဲ့ အဖော်မွန်နှစ်ယောက်ရှိဖို့ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။ 

To clarify, "Surreal" refers to a dream-like sensation that transcends ordinary reality—something extraordinary and profound. To enter this ethereal realm of feeling, we require two essential companions: Passion and Focus.

Passion ဆိုတာ ဒီခရီးစဉ်ကို စတင်ဖို့ လှုံ့ဆော်ပေးနိုင်တဲ့ လောင်စာတစ်ခုပါ။ ကိုယ်လုပ်နေတဲ့အရာအပေါ် မြတ်နိုးစိတ် (Passion) ရှိမှသာ အိပ်မက်ဆန်တဲ့ ကမ္ဘာဆီကို ခြေလှမ်းစနိုင်မှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ လမ်းတစ်ဝက်မှာတင် အာရုံတွေ ပြန့်ကျဲမသွားဖို့အတွက်ဆိုရင်တော့ Focus ဆိုတဲ့ အာရုံစိုက်နိုင်စွမ်းက အရေးကြီးပြန်ပါတယ်။ 

Passion is the fuel that ignites this journey. It is only when we possess a genuine love for what we do that we can take the first step toward that dream-like world. However, to prevent our attention from scattering mid-way, the strength of Focus becomes indispensable.

Focus ဆိုတာ ပြန့်ကျဲနေတဲ့ စိတ်အာရုံကို အချက်တစ်ချက်တည်းမှာပဲ စုစည်းထားနိုင်တဲ့ စွမ်းရည်ကိုခေါ််တာပါ။ ကျွန်မတို့မှာ Passion ဘယ်လောက်ရှိရှိ Focus သာ မရှိရင် အဲ့ဒီ Surreal ဆန်တဲ့ 'Flow State' အခြေအနေဆီကို ဘယ်တော့မှ ရောက်ရှိနိုင်မှာ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ 

Focus is the ability to converge a wandering mind onto a single point of concentration. No matter how much passion we hold, without focus, we will never truly reach that surreal "Flow State" where time and space seem to disappear.

ဒါကြောင့် ဒီနေ့ စနေနေ့မှာတော့ စာဖတ်သူတို့ရဲ့ Passion အပေါ်မှာ Focus အပြည့်အဝ ထားကြည့်ရင်း ကိုယ်ပိုင် Surreal ဆန်တဲ့ ကမ္ဘာလေးထဲမှာ ခဏတာ အနားယူကြည့်ဖို့ တိုက်တွန်းလိုက်ပါရစေရှင်။ 

Therefore, this Saturday, I encourage you to devote your full focus to your passion. Allow yourself to rest and recharge within your own surreal world, even if just for a moment.

ဒီနေ့ စနေနေ့မှာ စာဖတ်သူတို့ရော ဘယ်အရာလေးအပေါ်မှာ Focus အပြည့်ထားပြီး အချိန်ကုန်ဆုံးဖို့ စဉ်းစားထားကြလဲဆိုတာ Comment မှာ မျှဝေပေးခဲ့ပါဦးရှင်။
