ယခုတစ်ပတ် Yanmar EF Series အတွက် Engine Oil ရွေးချယ်နည်းလမ်းညွှန်

အယ်လီ Yanmar EF Series တွေအကြောင်း ရေးသားလာခဲ့တာ အနည်းငယ်ကြာပြီပေါ့။ ဒီတစ်ပတ်မှာတော့ ထွန်စက်တွေအတွက် အရေးကြီးဆုံးဖြစ်တဲ့ Yanmar Engine Oil (အင်ဂျင်ဝိုင်) ရွေးချယ်မှုလမ်းညွှန်ကို မျှဝေပေးချင်ပါတယ်။

It has been a while since we last discussed the Yanmar EF Series. This week, I would like to share a guide on choosing the right Yanmar Engine Oil—one of the most critical aspects of tractor maintenance.

ဖစ်လ်တာ ဘယ်လောက်ကောင်းကောင်း အင်ဂျင်ဝိုင် အရည်အသွေးမမှန်ရင် ဒါမှမဟုတ် လဲလှယ်ချိန်ကျော်သွားရင် အင်ဂျင်သက်တမ်းကို တိုက်ရိုက်ထိခိုက်စေပါတယ်။ အင်ဂျင်ဝိုင်ဟာ အတွင်းပိုင်းအစိတ်အပိုင်းတွေ ပွတ်တိုက်မှုနဲ့ အပူဒဏ်ကြောင့် မပျက်စီးအောင် ကာကွယ်ပေးထားလို့ပါ။

No matter how high-quality your filter is, if the engine oil quality is substandard or if you miss the oil change schedule, it will directly impair the engine's lifespan. Engine oil is what shields internal components from frictional wear and extreme thermal stress.

မြန်မာ့လယ်ကွင်းပြင်က Yanmar EF Series တွေဖြစ်တဲ့ (EF494T, EF514T, EF725) အစရှိတဲ့ ထွန်စက်အင်ဂျင်တွေဟာ Turbo (တာဘို) ပါတဲ့ စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်မြင့်အင်ဂျင်တွေ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် အပူဒဏ်နဲ့ ပွတ်တိုက်မှုကို ကောင်းကောင်းခံနိုင်ဖို့ အောက်ပါ Grade ရှိတဲ့ အင်ဂျင်ဝိုင်တွေကို စနစ်တကျ ရွေးချယ်သုံးစွဲရပါမယ်။

The Yanmar EF Series tractors widely used in Myanmar's agricultural sector—including the EF494T, EF514T, and EF725—are powered by high-performance turbo engines. Consequently, to effectively withstand intense heat and friction, you must systematically select and use engine oils that meet the following grades:

 

၁။ အပူချိန်ခံနိုင်ရည်နှင့် ပျစ်ခဲမှုအဆင့် 

မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရဲ့ ပူပြင်းတဲ့ ရာသီဥတုအောက်မှာ ဝန်လေးလေးရုန်းရတဲ့အပြင်၊ တာဘိုအင်ဂျင်တွေရဲ့ တောက်လျှောက် ပူနွေးနေမှုကို အကောင်းဆုံး ထိန်းညှိပေးနိုင်ဖို့အတွက် အောက်ပါ Standard အဆင့်တွေကို ကြည့်ပြီး ရွေးချယ်ရပါမယ်။

1. Thermal Resistance and Viscosity Grade

To effectively regulate the continuous heat generated by turbo engines under heavy-duty operations in Myanmar's hot climate, you must select engine oils based on the following standard grades:

 

• SAE 15W-40 (အသုံးအများဆုံးနှင့် အသင့်တော်ဆုံး): မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ ရာသီဥတုနဲ့ အကိုက်ညီဆုံး Grade ဖြစ်ပြီး အင်ဂျင်အပူချိန် ဘယ်လောက်ပဲ တက်ပါစေ အင်ဂျင်ဝိုင်သား ပါးမသွားဘဲ အတွင်းပိုင်း အစိတ်အပိုင်းတွေကို မပျက်စီးအောင် အကောင်းဆုံး ကာကွယ်ပေးနိုင်လို့ မဖြစ်မနေ ရွေးချယ်သင့်တဲ့ အဆင့် ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

   

  SAE 15W-40 (Most Common & Suitable): This grade is the perfect match for Myanmar’s climate. No matter how high the engine temperature rises, the oil maintains its optimal viscosity (does not thin out), providing maximum protection to shield internal components from damage. It is a highly recommended grade.

   

• SAE 10W-30: ရာသီဥတု အနည်းငယ်အေးတဲ့ ဒေသတွေဖြစ်တဲ့ (ဥပမာ - ရှမ်းပြည်ဘက်) မှာ ရှိတဲ့ ထွန်စက်တွေ ဒါမှမဟုတ် အင်ဂျင်အသစ်စက်စက်တွေအတွက် သုံးစွဲနိုင်ပါတယ်။

   

  SAE 10W-30: This can be used for tractors operating in relatively cooler regions (e.g., Shan State) or for brand-new engines.

၂။ အရည်အသွေး သတ်မှတ်ချက်အဆင့် 

Yanmar EF ထွန်စက်တွေဟာ တာဘို (Turbo) ပါဝင်တဲ့ စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်မြင့် ဒီဇယ်အင်ဂျင်တွေ ဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် အင်ဂျင်ဝိုင်ဘူးခွံပေါ်မှာ အောက်ပါ API (American Petroleum Institute) စံချိန်စံညွှန်း အဆင့်တွေ ပါဝင်တာကို သေချာကြည့်ပြီး ဝယ်ယူရပါမယ်။

2. Performance and Quality Standard (API Grade)

Since Yanmar EF tractors are powered by high-performance turbocharged diesel engines, it is crucial to carefully check the oil container for the following API (American Petroleum Institute) standards before purchasing.

 

• API CH-4, CI-4 သို့မဟုတ် CJ-4: တာဘိုဒီဇယ်အင်ဂျင်တွေအတွက် အနည်းဆုံး API CH-4 အဆင့် တော့ ရှိရပါမယ်။

   

  API CH-4, CI-4, or CJ-4: Turbocharged diesel engines require at least an API CH-4 rating.

   

• ဒီအဆင့်တွေဟာ တာဘိုဒီဇယ်အင်ဂျင်တွေရဲ့ အတွင်းပိုင်းမှာ ကာဗွန်ချေး (ဂျပ်ခိုး) တွေ မတင်အောင်နဲ့ စက်ဆီတွေခဲခြင်း မဖြစ်အောင် ထိန်းညှိပေးနိုင်တဲ့ အရည်အသွေးမြင့် စံချိန်စံညွှန်းတွေ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ (အလွယ်မှတ်ရန်: C နဲ့စတဲ့ အဆင့်တွေဟာ ဒီဇယ်အင်ဂျင်အတွက် ဖြစ်ပါတယ်)

   

  These high-quality standards ensure the oil effectively prevents internal carbon buildup (soot) and controls oil thickening in turbo-diesel engines. (A quick tip to remember: Grades starting with the letter "C" denote commercial/diesel engines).

အကောင်းဆုံးကတော့ Yanmar ထွန်စက်တွေအတွက် သီးသန့်ထုတ်လုပ်ထားတဲ့ Yanmar Genuine Oil 15W-40 ကို သုံးစွဲတာကတော့ လူကြီးမင်းတို့စက်အတွက် စိတ်အချရဆုံးပါပဲ။ အကယ်၍ အလွယ်တကူ ဝယ်မရရင်လည်း နာမည်ကြီး အမှတ်တံဆိပ်များဖြစ်တဲ့ Castrol, Shell Rimula, Caltex Delo, PTT တို့ရဲ့ 15W-40 (API CI-4/CH-4) ဒီဇယ်အင်ဂျင်ဝိုင်တွေကို စိတ်ချလက်ချ အစားထိုး သုံးနိုင်ပါတယ်။

For optimum performance and peace of mind, using Yanmar Genuine Oil 15W-40, which is specifically engineered for Yanmar tractors, is the ultimate choice for your machinery. However, if it is not readily available, you can confidently substitute it with 15W-40 (API CI-4/CH-4) diesel engine oils from reputable brands such as Castrol, Shell Rimula, Caltex Delo, or PTT.

 

ဆီကိုဘယ်အချိန်မှာ လဲရမလဲဆိုတော့ တာဘိုအင်ဂျင်တွေ ဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် မောင်းနှင်ချိန် နာရီ ၂၀၀ မှ ၂၅၀ ပြည့်တိုင်း (သို့မဟုတ်) စပါးတစ်ရာသီ ရုန်းပြီးတိုင်း အင်ဂျင်ဝိုင်နဲ့ အင်ဂျင်ဖစ်တာ (Oil Filter) ကို သေချာပေါက် အသစ်လဲလှယ်ပေးသင့်ပါတယ်။

As for the oil change interval, due to the demanding nature of turbo engines, it is highly recommended to replace both the engine oil and the oil filter every 200 to 250 operating hours, or alternative, at the end of every harvesting season.

ဒီနေရာမှာ အထူးသတိပြုသင့်တာကတော့ Yanmar EF ထွန်စက်တွေရဲ့ ဂီယာပိုင်းနဲ့ ဟိုက်ဒရောလစ်ပိုင်းအတွက်ကိုတော့ အင်ဂျင်ဝိုင်လုံးဝ (လုံးဝ) မသုံးရပါဘူး။ အရည်အသွေးမြင့် Yanmar TF500 သို့မဟုတ် Hydro-Transmission Fluid (TF) ကိုသာ သီးသန့် ခွဲခြားအသုံးပြုရမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

⚠️ Important Notice:

It is absolutely critical to note that you must never use engine oil for the transmission and hydraulic systems of Yanmar EF tractors. Instead, you must strictly use high-quality Yanmar TF500 or a dedicated Hydro-Transmission Fluid (TF) specifically formulated for these systems.
