စိုက်ပျိုးရေးရာသီမစတင်မီ ထွန်စက်မှာ မဖြစ်မနေ စစ်ဆေးရမယ့် အချက် ၇ ချက်

စိုက်ပျိုးရေးရာသီသစ်တစ်ခု စတော့မယ်ဆိုရင် တောင်သူဦးကြီးတို့အတွက် အချိန်က ရွှေထက်တန်ဖိုးရှိလာပါပြီ။ ဒီလို အချိန်လုပြီး အလုပ်လုပ်ရမယ့် ရာသီမှာ မိမိတို့ရဲ့ လက်ရုံးတစ်ဆူဖြစ်တဲ့ ထွန်စက်က လယ်ကွင်းထဲရောက်မှ ဂျီကျတာ၊ ပျက်တာမျိုးဖြစ်ရင် အလုပ်ကြန့်ကြာပြီး ဆုံးရှုံးမှုတွေ ရှိလာနိုင်ပါတယ်။

As a new farming season begins, time becomes more valuable than gold for our farmers. During this busy season, if your trusted tractor breaks down in the middle of the field, it can cause severe delays and financial losses.

ဒါကြောင့် ရာသီမစတင်မီမှာ ထွန်စက်ကို ကြိုတင်ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းပြီး အဆင်သင့်ဖြစ်နေစေဖို့ မဖြစ်မနေ စစ်ဆေးရမယ့် အချက် ၇ ချက်ကို ဒီနေ့မှာတော့ မျှဝေပေးချင်ပါတယ်။

To ensure your tractor is fully prepared and ready to perform, here are the 7 essential checkpoints you must inspect before the season starts:

၁။ အင်ဂျင်ဝိုင်နှင့် ဂီယာဝိုင်

ပထမဆုံးအနေနဲ့ ထွန်စက်တစ်စီးလုံးရဲ့ အသက်က အင်ဂျင်ဝိုင် ဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် ရာသီအသစ်မစတင်ခင်မှာ အင်ဂျင်ဝိုင်အရောင်နောက်နေသလား၊ ဒါမှမဟုတ် ပမာဏ လျော့နည်းနေလားဆိုတာကို အင်ဂျင်ဝိုင်စစ်တဲ့ တိုင်းတာတဲ့အတံ (Dipstick) နဲ့ စစ်ဆေးပေးပါ။ လိုအပ်ရင် အသစ်လဲလှယ်ပေးပါ။ နောက် ဂီယာဝိုင်နှင့် ဟိုက်ဒရောလစ်ဝိုင်တွေရော ပမာဏပြည့်ရဲ့လား သေချာကြည့်ရှုပေးပါ။

1. Engine Oil & Gear Oil 

Engine oil is the lifeblood of your tractor. Check the oil level and color using the dipstick; replace it if it looks dark or dirty. Also, ensure the gear oil and hydraulic fluid are at the correct levels.

၂။ ရေတိုင်ကီနှင့် အအေးခံစနစ်

အလုပ်ပတ်ကြမ်းတဲ့ ရာသီမှာဆိုရင် အင်ဂျင်အပူလွန်ကဲတာမျိုး မဖြစ်စေဖို့အတွက် ရေတိုင်ကီအတွင်းထဲက အအေးခံထားသောအရည် (Coolant) သို့မဟုတ် ရေသန့်အလုံအလောက်ရှိမရှိ စစ်ဆေးပေးပါ။ ရေတိုင်ကီအုံမှာ ဖုန်တွေ၊ မြက်ခြောက်တွေ ပိတ်ဆို့နေရင် လေဝင်လေထွက်ကောင်းအောင် သန့်ရှင်းရေးလုပ်ပေးဖို့ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။

2. Radiator & Cooling System 

To prevent engine overheating during intense working days, check if there is enough coolant or clean water in the radiator. Clean the radiator grill if it is blocked with dust or dry grass to maintain proper airflow.

၃။ လေစစ်အိုး သန့်ရှင်းရေ

များသောအားဖြင့် ဖုန်ထူတဲ့ လယ်ကွင်းပြင်တွေထဲမှာ အလုပ်လုပ်ရမှာဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် လေစစ် သန့်ရှင်းနေဖို့က အရေးကြီးပါတယ်။ လေစစ်အိုး ညစ်ပတ်နေရင် အင်ဂျင်ဆီစားများပြီး ရုန်းအားကျဆင်းတတ်ပါတယ်။ လေစစ်ကို ဖြုတ်ပြီး ဖုန်ခါတာ၊ လေမှုတ်တာမျိုး လုပ်ပေးပါ (အရမ်းဟောင်းနေရင်တော့ အသစ်လဲပေးပါ)။

3. Air Filter Cleaning 

Since tractors mostly operate in dusty fields, keeping the air filter clean is crucial. A clogged air filter increases fuel consumption and reduces engine power. Remove the filter to tap out dust or blow it clean (replace it if it is too old)

၄။ ဘက်ထရီနှင့် လျှပ်စစ်စနစ်

မနက်ခင်း အလုပ်စဆင်းချိန်မှာ ထွန်စက်က စက်နှိုးရလွယ်ကူနေဖို့ လိုပါတယ်။ ဘက်ထရီခေါင်းတွေမှာ ဂျီး (အဖြူရောင်အမှုန်များ) တက်နေရင် ရေနွေးနဲ့ ဆေးကြောသန့်စင်ပေးပါ။ ဘက်ထရီရေ လျော့နေရင် ဖြည့်ပေးပြီး၊ ဝါယာကြိုးတွေ ပေါက်ပြဲနေတာမျိုး ရှိမရှိပါ တစ်ပါတည်း စစ်ဆေးပါ။

4. Battery & Electrical System

Your tractor needs to start easily every morning. Clean any white corrosion (sulfation) on the battery terminals with warm water. Check the battery water level and inspect wires for any wear or damage.

၅။ ပန်ကာကြိုး တင်းအား

နောက်တစ်ခုအနေနဲ့ ပန်ကာကြိုး လျော့နေရင် ရေတိုင်ကီပန်ကာ ကောင်းကောင်းအလုပ်မလုပ်သလို၊ ဘက်ထရီအားသွင်းစနစ်ကိုလည်း ထိခိုက်စေပါတယ်။ ကြိုးက အက်ကွဲကြောင်းတွေ ထနေပြီလား၊ တင်းအား အနေတော်ပဲလားဆိုတာ လက်နဲ့ ဖိပြီး စစ်ဆေးပါ။

5. Fan Belt Tension 

A loose fan belt will affect the radiator fan's performance and the battery charging system. Check the belt for cracks and press it with your hand to ensure it has the right tension.

၆။ ဒီဇယ်ဆီစစ်ခွက်

ဒီဇယ်ဆီ ကို စစ်ဖို့အတွက် ဆီစစ်ထဲမှာ ရေ သို့မဟုတ် အနည်အနှစ်တွေ ရှိမရှိ စစ်ဆေးပြီး သွန်ပစ်ပါ။ ဆီစစ်အိုး ညစ်ပတ်နေရင် ဒါမှမဟုတ် ဆီစစ်ထဲ အညစ်အကြေးတွေ၊ ချေးတွေပိတ်ဆို့နေရင် အင်ဂျင်ဆီမလိုက်ဘဲ စက်တုံတာ၊ စက်သေတာမျိုး ဖြစ်တတ်ပါတယ်။ စိုက်ပျိုးရေးရာသီမစခင်မှာ ဆီစစ်ကို အသစ်လဲလှယ်ပေးတာက အကောင်းဆုံးပါ။

6. Fuel Filter / Water Separator 

Check the fuel filter cup for water or sediment and drain it. A clogged filter restricts fuel flow, causing the engine to sputter or stall. Replacing the fuel filter before the season starts is highly recommended.

၇။ တာယာနှင့် ဘီးမူလီများ

နောက်ဆုံးအချက်အနေနှင့် လယ်ကွင်းထဲမှာ ရုန်းအားကောင်းကောင်းရဖို့ တာယာတွေ ကောင်းသေးရဲ့လား၊ လေပေါင်ချိန် မှန်ရဲ့လားဆိုတာ ကြည့်ရပါမယ်။ လေပေါင်အရမ်းများရင် တာယာချော်တတ်ပြီး၊ နည်းလွန်းရင် တာယာပျက်စီးလွယ်ပါတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ ဘီးမူလီ (Nut) တွေ အကုန်လုံး တင်းကျပ်မှုရှိမရှိ သေချာပြန်ရစ်ပေးပါ။

7. Tyres & Lug Nuts

For optimal traction in the field, check the tyre tread and ensure the air pressure is correct. Over-inflation causes slippage, while under-inflation damages the tyre. Lastly, check and tighten all wheel lug nuts

အပိုဆောင်းအကြံပြုချက်:

အထက်ပါ ၇ ချက်အပြင် စက်အစိတ်အပိုင်းအချင်းချင်း ပွတ်တိုက်မှုသက်သာပြီး ချောမွေ့စေဖို့ လှည့်ပတ်ရွေ့လျားနေတဲ့ ကာဒန်မောင်းတံဆစ် (PTO Shaft) နဲ့ စတီယာရင်တံခေါင်းတွေကို အမဲဆီ (Grease) သုံးပေးဖို့လည်း မမေ့ပါနဲ့။ အမဲဆီခြောက်နေရင် မောင်းတံဆစ်တွေ ပွန်းပဲ့ပြီး ပြုတ်ထွက်တတ်လို့ပါ။

💡  Bonus Tip

Don't forget to apply grease to all moving parts, especially the PTO Shaft (Drive Shaft) that transfers power to the rotary tiller, and the steering knuckles, to reduce friction and ensure smooth operation
