ရိုးရှင်းခြင်း နှင့် ရုန်းကန်ခြင်းကြားက "တောင်သူတို့ ဘဝဟန်ပန်" - The Farmer's Lifestyle

 

မြို့ပြရဲ့ မီးရောင်စုံတွေ၊ ကားဟွန်းသံတွေနဲ့ ရှုပ်ထွေးမှုတွေကြားမှာ လူတွေက သက်သောင့်သက်သာရှိမှုကို ရှာဖွေနေကြချိန်... ကျေးလက်တောရွာက တောင်သူဦးကြီးတို့ရဲ့ ဘဝဟန်ပန်ကတော့ ရိုးရှင်းမှုတွေနဲ့ပဲ အလှဆင်ထားပါတယ်။

While city dwellers seek comfort amidst dazzling lights, honking horns, and urban chaos, our farmers embrace a lifestyle beautifully adorned with simplicity. 

ငှက်ကလေးတွေ တွန်ကျူးသံ၊ အာရုဏ်ဦး လေအေးအေးလေးနဲ့အတူ စောစောစီးစီး နိုးထတတ်တာဟာ တောင်သူတို့ရဲ့ သဘာဝပါ။ အများသူငှာ အိပ်မောကျနေချိန်မှာ သူတို့ကတော့ ခမောက်ဆောင်း၊ ရေနွေးကြမ်းတစ်ခွက် သောက်ပြီး လယ်ယာခွင်ထဲကို ခြေလှမ်းစနေပါပြီ။

Waking up early with the chorus of birds and the crisp dawn breeze is second nature to them. While the rest of the world is still fast asleep, they put on their traditional palm-leaf hats, sip a warm cup of green tea, and step into the fields.  

ဒီနေ့မှာတော့ ရိုးရှင်းပေမဲ့ အဓိပ္ပာယ်ရှိလှတဲ့ တောင်သူဦးကြီးတို့ရဲ့ ဘဝဟန်ပန် အလှတရားတွေကို အယ်လီက ပုံဖော်ကြည့်ရင်း ရေးသားတင်ပြပေးချင်ပါတယ်။

၁။ သဘာဝတရားနဲ့ တသားတည်းကျခြင်း

တောင်သူတွေရဲ့ ဘဝဟာ နာရီပေါ်မှာ မူတည်တာမဟုတ်ဘဲ နေမင်းကြီးရဲ့ အလင်းရောင်နဲ့ ရာသီဥတုအပေါ်မှာပဲ မူတည်ပါတယ်။ နေထွက်ရင် အလုပ်ဆင်းတယ်၊ နေဝင်ရင် အိမ်ပြန်တယ်။ ရာသီဥတုရဲ့ အပြောင်းအလဲကို မြေကြီးနဲ့ ကောင်းကင်ကို ကြည့်ရုံတင်နဲ့ သိနိုင်တဲ့အထိ သဘာဝတရားနဲ့ ရင်းနှီးကျွမ်းဝင်နေကြသူတွေ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

(Harmony with Nature)

A farmer's life is governed not by the ticking of a clock, but by the rhythm of the sun and the changing seasons. They head out at sunrise and return at sunset. They share such an intimate bond with nature that a mere glance at the earth and the sky is enough for them to read the shifting weather.

၂။ လယ်တဲလေးထဲက အနှစ်သာရ

နေပူပူမှာ သဲသဲမဲမဲ လုပ်ကိုင်ပြီးတဲ့နောက် မွန်းတည့်ချိန် ရောက်တဲ့အခါ လယ်စောင့်တဲလေးထဲမှာ ခမောက်လေးကို ယပ်တောင်လုပ်ခတ်ပြီး နားရတာဟာ တောင်သူတို့ရဲ့ အပန်းဖြေမှုပါ။ အိမ်က ချက်လာတဲ့ ဟင်းလေးကို ဖက်ရွက်နဲ့ ထုပ်၊ တို့စရာ ချက်စရာလေးတွေနဲ့ မိသားစု (သို့မဟုတ်) လုပ်ဖော်ကိုင်ဖက်တွေ စုပေါင်းစားရတဲ့ "လယ်ကွင်းထဲက ထမင်းဝိုင်း" ဟာ ကမ္ဘာ့အကောင်းဆုံး Five-Star ဟိုတယ်က စားသောက်ဖွယ်ရာတွေထက်တောင် ပိုပြီး အရသာရှိလှပါတယ်။

(The Essence of the Field Hut)

After hours of grueling labor under the scorching sun, resting in a small field hut and using their hats as makeshift fans brings pure solace. Sharing a home-cooked meal wrapped in leaves, accompanied by fresh local greens with family and companions, makes their "field side dining" taste far more exquisite than any feast in a five-star hotel.

၃။ ရိုးသားပြီး ဖေးမကူညီတတ်တဲ့ စိတ်ထား

"လက်လုပ်လက်စား တောင်သူများ" လို့ မိမိကိုယ်ကို နှိမ့်ချပြောဆိုတတ်ပေမဲ့ သူတို့ရဲ့ စိတ်ထားကတော့ အလွန်ကျယ်ပြောပါတယ်။ စိုက်ပျိုးရေးရာသီ ရောက်ပြီဆိုရင် တစ်ဦးနဲ့တစ်ဦး ရိုင်းပင်ကူညီကာ  မျိုးစေ့များ မျှဝေတာ၊ စပါးရိတ်သိမ်းပွဲတွေမှာ ဝိုင်းဝန်းကူညီကြတာတွေဟာ ကျေးလက်သဘာဝရဲ့ ချစ်စရာကောင်းတဲ့ ဘဝဟန်ပန်နဲ့ ယဉ်ကျေးမှု ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

(A Kind and Direct Heart)

Though they humbly refer to themselves as ordinary laboring farmers, their hearts are incredibly generous. When the farming season arrives, they readily extend a helping hand to one another, share seeds, and gather to celebrate the harvest together. This beautiful spirit of community is the true essence of rural culture.

၄။ မျှော်လင့်ချက်ကို စိုက်ပျိုးသူများ

ဘဝမှာ ဘယ်လောက်ပဲ ပင်ပန်းပြီးအခက်အခဲတွေ ရှိပါစေ... တောင်သူတွေများရဲ့ မျက်ဝန်းမှာ အမြဲတမ်း မျှော်လင့်ချက်တွေ ရှိနေတတ်ပါတယ်။ မြေကြီးထဲကို အစေ့အဆံတစ်ခု ချလိုက်တိုင်း "မကြာခင်မှာ ဒီအစေ့ကနေ အပင်ပေါက်ပြီး ဝေဆာလာတော့မယ်" ဆိုတဲ့ အကောင်းမြင်စိတ်နဲ့ အနာဂတ်ကို တည်ဆောက်ကြသူတွေပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

(Sowers of Hope)

No matter how exhausting life gets or what hardships they face, hope never fades from a farmer's eyes. Every time they bury a seed into the soil, they do it with an unwavering optimism that it will soon sprout and flourish—silently building the future, one seed at a time.

တောင်သူဦးကြီးတို့ရဲ့ ဘဝဟန်ပန်ဟာဆိုရင် သာမန်မျက်စိနဲ့ကြည့်ရင် ပင်ပန်းဆင်းရဲတယ်လို့ ထင်ရနိုင်ပေမဲ့ တကယ်တော့ လောဘနည်းခြင်း၊ ရိုးသားခြင်းနဲ့ ရောင့်ရဲခြင်းတွေ ပြည့်နှက်နေတဲ့ တန်ဖိုးရှိတဲ့ လူနေမှုပုံစံတစ်ခု လည်း ဖြစ်လို့နေပါတယ်။

To the untrained eye, the farmer's lifestyle might seem like one of pure hardship. In reality, it is a deeply profound way of life rich with contentment, honesty, and humility. 

အယ်လီတို့နိုင်ငံဟာ ထွန်ယက်စိုက်ပျိုးခြင်းနှင့် မွေးမြူရေးကို စီးပွားပြုတဲ့နိုင်ငံဖြစ်တာကြောင့် စားသုံးသူနှင့် စိုက်ပျိုးသူတို့ဟာ တစ်ဦးကိုတစ်ဦး အထောက်အပံ့ပြုနေကြတာလည်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ 

Since our country relies heavily on agriculture and livestock as its economic backbone, consumers and producers share an inseparable bond, constantly sustaining one another.

ဒါကြောင့် ကမ္ဘာကြီးကို ကျွေးမွေးဖို့ မြေကြီးကို အလှဆင်နေကြတဲ့၊ တစ်နိုင်ငံလုံးရဲ့ ဝမ်းရေးအတွက် စိုက်ပျိုးခင်းထဲမှာ သွေးစက်၊ ချွေးစက်တွေ ရင်းနှီးနေကြတဲ့ တောင်သူဦးကြီးများအားလုံးကို စားသုံးသူ ပြည်သူများကိုယ်စား လေးစားစွာဖြင့် ဂုဏ်ပြုမှတ်တမ်းတင်လိုက်ရပါတယ်ရှင့်။🌾

Therefore, on behalf of every consumer, I extend my deepest respect and gratitude to all our farmers. Thank you for beautifying the earth to feed the world, and for dedicating your sweat and tears to secure the livelihood of our entire nation.
